3065: Rebels on a planet on the fringes of the war-torn Lyrian Commonwealth have overthrown the rightful Baron Echnida and taken the planet for themselves, digging in and establishing a brutal regime. With little aid to be called on from the civil war engulfed FedCom, Baron Echnida and the ruling council have instead turned to forming a private army of mercs.
